I found my textbook in OneSearch, but it says Controlled Digital Lending. What does that mean?
Answer
Books with a location of Controlled Digital Lending means that the library has scanned the print version of the book and you are able to "checkout" the scanned version for a specific amount of time, usually 2 hours.
To begin viewing a Digital Book, first sign in with your LACCD credentials, after which Digital Book, under View Online, will become an active link which you can click to view the book.
For more information on Digital Books, visit the Library's Digital Books Guide.
