Why was my card charged $5 to print/copy?

When paying with a credit card, a $5 hold is placed on your card.
You will only be charged for the total number of pages you print or copy. (Each page costs ten cents.) The balance from the $5 hold will be returned to your account.
Typically, the money is returned within 24 hours but it will depend on your bank and their policies.
